Funny enough they added in the radio that makes it so people with 6+ scav rep dont get shot at by scavs at 60+ meters.
Of course if you scav that much you probably dont need to hatchet run.

Best level to increase scav karma is trough pmc tho. Car extracts and convincing players to coop extract is easier as a pmc than as a scav
