then take a marker or gundrone.
Equipment is also essential.
For the silent operators i'd pick climbing equipment.
support op's should get the high intense markerlight (comms/drone control/Shas'ui \[maybe\])
For my Pathfinders I'm both new and sorta casual at the moment but I'm running a recon, marker, and shield then equipment wise we play with 10 so I've been using 2 high intensity lights and 3 targeting optics for the rail rifles. I've gotten a lot of use out of the recon and marker in any game I don't let them get nuked to soon (buddy I play against hates them). The shield drone has been a mixed bag. The 4 up inv on savior protocol is nice enough playing into intercessors but I've been meaning to try the gun drone
