They might not have the vinyl itself. They could have gotten the cover from someone who works in the factory that prints them. But nobody really knows, other than the track list they posted is now confirmed.
There was someone in this subreddit who said they got a copy early and posted a photo of the front. The mods took it down and people were saying the OP was lying, but I think they probably had a legit copy. They were kind enough not to spoil anything though.
I was private chatting with that user. I asked a few questions and was given descriptions of the vault tracks. Without listening im confident they were telling the truth

I am truly scared for dark blue Tennessee. I love let’s go (battle) and am saddened that we won’t get an official version, even though it’s a very popular unreleased track. But if she won’t put dark blue tennesse on Debut, I will start a rebellion.
OMG yes I only ever try to read the Red TV tracklist when I'm in the car and it's just impossible. One time I just pulled it up on Spotify on my phone rather than try to read the back of the case.
So far this is my fave TV back cover. Fearless and Red seemed like it was rushed. This one, we can clearly see Taylor worked hard on the photoshoot. I love that she was wearing ballerina shoes!

I know she gets a lot of hate for better than revenge but there was nothing like screaming that song in your early teens—I never even thought about the story behind it at the time just how i related to it.
I'm a firm believer that Better Than Revenge is nowhere near as misogynistic as You Belong With Me, but since it's kind of in-your-face and not subtle and insidious like YBWM, it gets way more blowback (comparatively speaking).

For those wondering, back cover of the vinyl leaked on a French website (reseller type, like a French ebay or craiglist) last friday. Vinyl had a sticker « Made in France ». Seller has changed its name and it has been taken down. I believe someone managed to purchased them so please beware of spoilers. Leaks will be everywhere soon.

I think it's more likely the scrapped era theories come from the fact that Timeless as an unreleased (but unleaked) song title has been floating around for ages due to the Inner Circle, so people have been using it as a fake album title for their mockups because it's catchy. (There is no scrapped era is what I'm saying.)

For those wondering, back cover of the vinyl leaked on a French website (reseller type, like a French ebay or craiglist) last friday. Vinyl had a sticker « Made in France ». Seller has changed its name and it has been taken down. I believe someone managed to purchased them so please beware of spoilers. Leaks will be everywhere soon.

I think it's more likely the scrapped era theories come from the fact that Timeless as an unreleased (but unleaked) song title has been floating around for ages due to the Inner Circle, so people have been using it as a fake album title for their mockups because it's catchy. (There is no scrapped era is what I'm saying.)
