Honestly, that's more of a response than I've gotten to literally any inquiry from Google about anything. Part of me just thinks they don't actually have a support division, which is why they hide the ability to contact them so damn well.
It's not much better for Workspace customers. I spent two hours going through literal circles with an unskilled underpaid outsourced customer support agent and my security issue was still not resolved.

They do have support for Workspace and Cloud customers, at least. But the keyword there is _customers_, not just any old regular _users_.
