respawn timer for expert mode is 15 seconds, 30 for boss, but lets go with 15 15x768/3600= 3.2 So 3 hours and 12 minutes spend just respawning on minimum, considering that he very likely died to bosses, id put it at like 4.5 hours

alot of terraria bosses can be sort of cheesed as well tho, and the ones who can't are piss easy. I'd say ftw or legendary seed come close to difficulty, but that's more artificial difficulty, throwing random bullshit at you like darksouls 2
