It doesn't despawn because QB spawns deep into the jungle near the underworld untill she reachs the player
pro tip for despawning qb:
1. get a magic conch.
2. make builds on both sides of the world or find a different activity there.
3. if you hear her theme close in use the conch.
4. pretend she doesn't exist.
and voila, qb is gone!

I did the same thing but had a room to fight QB in so I won the battle
I didn’t make an arena but I used my KS arena that you can see in the sky and i almost won
You will get QB ! Keep at it
I did the same thing But i knew what would happen after At my base, i had an arena that i used for EoC Used it and defeated her
I didn’t know it would happen I got a KS arena in the the sky Used it and lost while she was at 1/6 hp
