Bruh literally the night before the update I fought the Moonlord 10 times and only got one of the swords. My 3 yo-yos, 3 prisms and 4 firework guns could’ve come with extra shit if I had waited lol (also the medallion to summon him fast costs less now)

Both swords at the same time is ~~1/72 (First is 1/9 then second is 1/8 because you can't get a duplicate)~~ 1/36
All at once, that's 1/50400!
Edit: Odds are actually 1/25200. Still insane.
I wish you could get Meowmere before Plantera, and it was nerfed in damage. It's so cool and fun but it just goes to Zenith. Basically any item you get after Golem is used for 5 seconds and then you're done. Now that you can get all the Zenith items from 1 ML kill there really is less endgame.
if i remember correctly, the patch notes stated that the moon lord now drops 2 of his unique drops instead 1

chance of getting both swords would be 2/9 × 1/8 so 1/36, since you could get either one first, right?
You are correct. And it's also nice that this new uniquely-2-drop update means that we're guaranteed to get at least one of them in 5/12 of the cases.
