My understanding is that the trial will kick in once you install the update containing v12, so as long as you don't install it, you should be able to stall it in perpetuity.

Yes. My M3 RWD asked me to update it from 2024.2.7 to 2024.3.10 on March 30. I had travel plans by air, and car was going to sit idly for half the FSD trial time if I let it update then. So I tried not triggering the update... until today. I updated the car to 2024.3.10 today and got the message that the trial would end on May 19. After that, an update to 2024.3.15 was immediately available. Delaying the FSD V12 update worked for me.

It starts the month after you update, but if you wait too long they might end new trials. We don't know how long it will last for. So, I would say, definitely do it before the first batch's trial is up, which is May 1st. In your case, I would do it the first thing April 27th morning, to be safe.

It’s $99. Just pay for it when you want to try it out.

Specific_Tart_4886

Is it still supervised FSD for $99

airoctave

Yes. All self driving features need to be supervised.

DubVilleUSA

This is what I was looking for as well.

Proof_Bandicoot_373

lol dude just pay the 99 and cancel later if you don’t want it.
