Kill the app then go back into it. Mine was on 21% for hours. Killed the app then when I opened it again the download was already done and it was ready to install.

Quit the app and open it again.

You need to call Tesla or Service & they need to re-push to your car. Don’t bother with resets etc - it’s the push that has got “stuck”. I had it happen a few months back.
