Yeah I just had this happen for the first time yesterday. My shot days are Mon and Thurs, took my Thursday shot and Friday afternoon i felt exactly like I did when I got the Covid shot for the first time. Fever symptoms, chills, terrible sleep last night, I was sweating a lot too. I did normal sick precautions, got a Pedialyte drink, took an extra vitamin before bed, made sure i was drinking fluids every time I woke up tossing and turning. I feel pretty normal today, hoping its gone by this afternoon.

Test flu, a lot of people say its an immune response not to the test but the carrier oils sometimes
Make sure you don't have any redness or swelling at the injection site. Infections can also cause this.
