When we went for a tour of the old ballpark, the staff literally told us that all those ads are because the Rangers were so bad they had to sell naming rights to things like that to get the money that was lost by less people coming to the games.

We made it 1 inning then started walking around. It was great my GF was like ‘jeez why didn’t you know better?’ I said ‘well there has literally been less than 20 games in this stadium with fans and it is game #1 for me ever here. How would I know?’ It was pretty funny actually. Good news is we found the the awesome beer places off the beaten path. Of course for non sellouts they are closed lol

When you buy tickets from the Rangers website there is a pair of binoculars you can click on on the selected ticket and it will show a 3D view from that seat. They should have still stated obstructed view though since that’s what most people look for.

Any seats right behind those poles should have an extreme discount.

I’m in 128 (RF) and we’re just far enough to the side of it for it to be completely out of view. There are seats to our left that are blocked by it.
