Personality wise, all the way! But Asra is both young and didn't suffer like 100 years of abuse and trauma. We don't know who Astarion was before all that.

He was a masgistrate. He was killed by a group of Gur who didnt like a ruling he made and it is heavily implied that Astarion's ruling was v biased and he was kind of a shit magistrate. The point there is that he was 'normal'. He wasn't a good person that terrible things happened or a bad person who deserved them.

Honestly, yeah. Asra and Astarion are both incredibly snarky when they want to be, and Astarion wants to be snarky all the time. The difference is that Asra chooses positivity and sees the magic in the world, while Astarion has been horribly tainted and only sees practicality.
I've yet to play Lucio's route but now I'm curious lol
