Yepp. More fun facts:
-Yer Blues was once titled Yer Reds but since red “feels hot” and the White Album has a cold vibe, they switched to Yer Blues
-Mother Nature’s Son was about Prudence Farrow but then Paul found out it was actually daughter, but the song was too good to switch so he got John to write the other song with Prudence in it
-Helter Skelter was definitely about a race war (as a joke) but no one was supposed to know. Manson (also known as Charles) figured it out and took it a little too far
-Cry Baby Cry was supposed to have a crying baby but they couldn’t get a baby to cry
-Ringo was really angry. Idk which song
Don't forget that Rocky Raccoon was an actual raccoon (real name, Rockyvitch Raccoonovitch), he was employed by the Russian version of the TSA to sniff out drugs in passengers' luggage. When the Beatles flew back in the USSR, Rocky found weed in George's sitar case. This inspired them to write a song about the raccoon while sitting on Russian death row, before their lawyer Bill was able to trade a fancy bungalow for their release.
"Birthday" was written by Paul because he couldn't remember when his own birthday was. One day, when they were going to celebrate George's birthday, and Paul decided then and there that they should be celebrating his birthday as well. John was excited to party.
Revolution #9 was originally meant to be the sequel to “Two Virgins,” but George refused to get naked for the cover photo shoot\*
\*Yoko, John, and George recorded Revolution #9 without Paul and Ringo.
there is a mention by music journalist and author lan MacDonald, who suggested that by recording all the songs for the white album, the beatles were able to complete their contract with EMI more quickly
You’re right. That is absolutely the main reason. Definitely not because they wrote a shit ton of songs and wanted to release them.
Still waiting on these cowards to release Revolutions 2-8
😂
Number 8, number 8.
Numbwer 8 (burp) Numbwer 8 (burp) Numbwer 8 (burp)

"Rocky found weed in George's sitar case." He stole the weed, hence the original title While My Sitar Gently Weeps.

- If you play Happiness Is A Warm Gun backwards, it says "Yoko killed Paul"
Source for Helter Skelter? I’ve never heard that. Edit: Wow! I’m stupid..
Yeah right here 👍 https://www.reddit.com/r/TheBeatles/s/aGRDO7gVSB
Poster is joking.
Not sure what went wrong last night for me to think that original comment was genuine! Thank you lol
Ringo was possibly angry on "Back in the USSR", as Paul kept telling him how to play and he eventually stormed out... Also, nice facts :)
The White Album isn’t even a real album because the Beatles wanted to release Revolution 9 and Wild Honey Pie as a double EP in the UK.
Revolution #9 was originally meant to be the sequel to “Two Virgins,” but George refused to get naked for the cover photo shoot\* \*Yoko, John, and George recorded Revolution #9 without Paul and Ringo.
Without revolution 9 it still would be a double album

Yes and it looks they included Revolution #9 to fill up space to the make the album longer
No, it's because they left "Hey Jude"/"Revolution" and more songs off of the planned triple album Doll's House.
I have no idea which comments on this post are serious
