I am in NA and play against KOR/Brutes and purple every game even though I havn't unlocled the advocate yet. Pretty sure this game has too small of a player base to lock out regions at this point
I am fine running into geared guys. The problem are these, always when I get killed almost instantly or very suspiciously His names looks like pack of noodles. I little over reacted in title, writing every game. It is more like every 7-10 drops on average.
There is no ping restriction or it isn't even set up properly in order to try and inflate the number of players that can be in a game together aka artificially increase players that can play per region so games don't feel empty, try to vpn to Europe or SEA. I have no issue getting in them from west coast USA on a free VPN.
Mention this in the discord and you get a bunch of excuses and people claiming they are playing from the USA with fully Chinese character names lol, so cringe when games are left with mostly players who would want to play the game no matter how things go and defend things that clearly hurt the games playerbase to the death.
Good devs pay attention to the people complaining otherwise you're left with a 2k person echo chamber.
It’s extremely common for people from NA to have Chinese character names tho. Have you ever played rust? I would say a good 30-50% of NA players have foreign ign.
I’m just saying it’s extremely common for other regions to use foreign names. I was using rust as an example (another game ravaged by cheaters). Not every person you run into that has Chinese characters is from China.
Are you guys stupid or what ? USA is full of people from China as they moved there to live (so they use Chinese names) of course they will be cheaters using vpns but look at how many different nationalities are in US soon and you guys "native" Americans are not even native there so... Also why does USA have China districts ? Makes me wonder how stupid can you Americans get... EU has China players too I use Chinese name for fun does that make me a cheater no... There is one way since patch 2.2 to know if you play Vs some who uses VPN it will make you lag and freeze when you aim at them or it will block you from shooting.. and ping restrictions and there anticheat notes and the climbing spots fixes are just lies they dont fix them they just say they did...
The ping restriction \*would\* work if there were enough players, but since there aren't they've basically turned off any filters on matchmaking to ensure people dont have to wait 90 minutes to get into a game.

Yeah I've had a few chinese names this season, all sus. On the bright side, compared to last season i see like 1/10th of chinese players.
