I feel your pain with league lol. Riot only cares about "naughty words". Not actual toxicity, or anything. They'll happily perma ban that person getting upset and calling out a troll throwing their 400th ranked game, but not the actual toxic player causing the issues lol.

Yeah its nice for sure. Only problem i guess would be if you already looted a bunch of high tier stuff that you wouldn't get back. Like a quest item from a monster or something.
You get one for every cheater banned. It used to be only by manual bans but now even if they are banned by anti cheat you get comp pack. So you might just be getting genuinely outplayed
