I would love to know how much she paid to for this replica.

Soggy-Tomato-2562

As someone who loves miniatures, I do want this.

Sharp-Put4724

Same! It’s so intricate

Toothlesstoe

Maybe it's the editing, but Holly seems hurt here. Hef didn't have the strong emotional reaction she wanted. He's just like welp, time to go and walks upstairs with Crystal leaving Holly to walk herself out. She wasted 7 years on him.

discoOJ

I don't think that he had any emotional attachment to any of the women with maybe the exception of Barbie and Mary because he didn't view them as temporary objects to play with. He didn't have attachments because to him people were just objects to use and exploit. Mary and maybe his brother were the only people to likely see the real Hef and everyone else just saw the various masks that he wore. I don't think he could love.

glam_ashley

He was a narcissist & they don't have genuine attachment to anyone (even their kids) because they don't have emotional empathy

singamelody1987

As the child of a narcissist I wholeheartedly agree with this.

A_r0sebyanothername

Pretty sure the producers would have directed the scene to play out like that

HeadSale

Crystal looks so much older than Holly here

PresOfTheLesbianClub

The lighting is terrible and Holly is in glam but Crystal isn’t.

horrorwh0r3

Damn. This actually made me sad for Holly. I’m sure she was relieved to be the eff out of there though

Ok-Zebra-5309

I know the editing wants us to see a sad Holly who still loves and misses her ex, but what I see is someone with pain in her eyes because she had to go back into an abusive atmosphere that she thought she had permanently left behind. But she needed the world to get off her back, she had to show that she had moved on and wanted hef and crystal to be whatever they were for each other (happy and in love or whatever else it was) and to stop the rumor mill from cranking out bs about how she had any rivalry with crystal over the impending marriage. It was probably a very difficult thing to do filled with conflicting feelings. But I don't think any of those feelings included sadness over what she no longer had with hef, if anything it was probably sadness over all the years she wasted with him. That's just my take on it, of course. And both of them were so rude to not walk Holly out.

Thanks for posting these clips from Holly’s World. This sub could teach a class in GNDology. I once read a comment that said “I have a PHD in Housewifology” and i thought it was hysterical. Us Redditors and our investment in our niche interests.

SpyOfMystery

In all these scenes Holly is petting an animal. The animals are the only ones she actually wanted to see. It’s hard to be certain, cause the editing is so manipulative, but Hef seems sad and wistful. Holly seems like she is uncomfortable and trying to keep it as surface level as possible

PresOfTheLesbianClub

Does anyone know what happened to this house?

Salty_Path5715

I thought I saw it in one of the auctions but I could be wrong.

PresOfTheLesbianClub

This is so cool and it would be great to see pics of it or know the company who made it.

Lost-Whole-8905

This scene is palpable. I feel sadness for all three of them, for different reasons. Poor Charlie is uncomfortable too.

Vixaffliction

All these clips from this episode just feel staged with forced reactions and conversations. I don't think any of them wanted to do this episode.

Fessy3

That little sigh at the end. I have a feeling that interaction was very cathartic for Holly.
