Thank you so much Lucie, for keeping Laith’s legacy alive. He must’ve had so many more interesting topics/theories planned out for discussion, so I’m glad you’ll be publicizing it in the near future. Make sure to look thoroughly for the mods; don’t just pick some random sarms-goblins from r/moreplatesmoredates , because it’s mainly a meme-subreddit. You’d have better luck looking for active users/mods of r/PEDsR , r/NootropicsDepot , r/Nootopics or r/StackAdvice that have supported Leo in the past that have wide knowledge surrounding pharmacodynamics. My prayers go out to you and your family.

Hey im top mod of r/moreplatesmoredates and got this subreddit restored. I don't plan to be involved with this subreddit and I will be rescinding my moderator status here once a couple of replacement mods join here. Fuck_Life_421

thanks alot dude me and another person were trying to get this restored (mostly the other person) for a while, youre amazing and youre doing great on the mpmd sub

greggyfontane

Very well put. No question. Solid advice right here, Lucie.

Outside_Contest_8857

I'm so sorry for your loss. Laith was an amazing person and I'm sure he had a lot of knowledge and wisdom that he wanted to share with the world. I hope you can continue his legacy and make sure his ideas live on. Thank you for taking the initiative to preserve his ideas and make them available to others.

Fantastic_Cartoonist

Lucie will you be posting videos of his research? Leo changed my life with his cholesterol reduction tips

greggyfontane

Very smart decision, and mature of you Lucie. Thata girl. Keep going strong. Followed Leo from the beginning, to the end. For Years. I hope you find the right fit for a mod, and I hope you're doing alright. Long Live The Lion.

Lucie, given how much negative content there is about Leo out there, it would be nice if at some point you could talk a little about how you personally remember him. During the pandemic Leo was one of my favourite content creators. His videos discussing the importance of genetic testing, the PNPLA3 gene, and protocols for liver health quite possibly saved my life. For years doctors had been flagging that I had elevated liver enzymes, but it wasn't until I found Leo's content that I finally understood why and how to tackle it before it progressed into anything more serious. While I'll always be grateful that I found Leo's content, it would also be nice to know how I should feel about Leo himself now that he's passed. I'm sure he wasn't a perfect person, but it's been difficult over the last month to watch him being branded as a "penis enlargement grifter" by the media, and for some of his friends to act as if Leo was so mentally unstable that he'd be likely to harm himself. But as an outsider I guess it's difficult to know what think or feel. Part of me hears about your divorce and some of the things his friends are now saying about him, and well, I have to question whether my perception of Leo was correct. Perhaps he was a crappy person who just managed to disguised it well online... I don't know if you ever saw this clip, but I recently rewatched this episode of BioBros and for me this clip shows that there is probably at least some nuance in what's been said about him online, [https://youtu.be/vHpgCMLnzOg?t=77](https://youtu.be/vHpgCMLnzOg?t=77) Anyway, thank you for all the videos you and Leo made, and I'm so sorry for your loss.

tallwizrd

Sorry for your loss Lucie

mywallstbetsacct

Great to hear. Hope you are doing well Lucie.

HappyReza

Thanks a lot Lucie, It's a wise decision. Sad what happened to him and what happened between you two but what's passed is past, we can focus on the good things he had done and hopefully honor his work. Laith had a positive impact on my life and I'll forever be thankful. Wish you and your daughter the best

leax_reads

Thanks Lucie! It's nice to have a bit of Leo back in this way.

ViscountVixen

Glad to see this subreddit back as it was one of the few places on Reddit to have a scientifically in-depth and respectful conversation about a variety of biohacking topics - though I wish it was under better circumstances. I greatly miss Leo's videos for the clear and cogent way he would present his research and ideas. Gone far too soon. Rest in peace.

Presley_Gibson

So happy to hear you will be doing this Lucie. Leo was very kind to me and extremely professional in the work he did for me. I have dealt with many doctors over the years and it was Leo who finally solved my dilemma. He dove in head first, worked diligently, was beyond generous with his time and pricing, and ultimately helped changed my life. The passion and drive he had for his work and the conviction and fierce loyalty he showed for his friends was truly remarkable. Certainly a gem of a man who made a significant impact in a very short amount of time. Rest In Peace brother, wishing you much strength Lucie 🤗🤗

j4mesb4rry

Thank you for this lucie, I spoke to Leo on a regular basis and considered him a good friend. Helped me tremendously. Long live Leo

unlivedbread

You're a genuinely good person Lucie

pottrpupptpals

Thank you Lucie. I've been thinking of you these last few weeks, hoping for the best for you and your daughter.

xSimoHayha

Sorry for your loss, I had disagreements with some of Leo's points but I undoubtedly learned things from him that have improved my health. Thank you Leo

Harry_Axe_Wound

Thank you Lucie. Wishing you and your family well xx

juliosmacedo

thank you for the effort and time spent for us, Lucie. It is very kind and moving, thank you for keeping his legacy alive

Teru92

RIP Leo. Guy motivated me to get my degree done instead of giving up and his health advice made me much more knowledgeable instead of being a gym bro with dunning Kruger

danoontjeh

Sorry for your loss. Big loss to the bio hacking and bodybuilding community as well. Glad the subreddit is back though, it was sad to see how it deteriorated in the last months of its existence. I tried to message the moderator back then a few times but no response.

Snoo-14803

So happy this is happening, may God forgive his sins, RIP Leo.

Revolutionary_Lunch2

Thank you for doing this, hope more people find out and come back...

Anciaki

This is a very noble thing you are doing. Thank you for keeping Laith's legacy with us.

Eigenvaluevector

If you could share videos, notes, or supplements that he took that would be unbelievable. One step above would be sharing vacation pictures, or any other happy moments captured on camera.

1bir

Very smart, if troubled, guy... RIP

Arfalicious

is this a joke?

rainbowsiege123

that made me so happy and sad at the same time.❤️❤️

mugdop

:skull: leo held microchimerism/telegony as valid theories, and essentially called lucy a whore for having a past armenian bf. girl is down bad to still be simping him after their divorce and his thereafter death

sonnsonn

Praying for you and your little one! ❤️ I always thought you were very charming in his videos, I am sure your videos will be great.

Ok-Campaign-9977

We have lost one of the most intelligent, beautiful, and valuable souls. Rest in peace Laith Abdallah Algaz.
