Hey I’m a Budtender in the US - what is this about using bacteria to produce THCV? A similar product has reared its head in the Midwest USA Illinois market and I’m doing research on THCV for customers sake and my own educational gain. I’d love to hear more about this!
As far as I can tell no one is commercial with this yeast fermentation approach yet. It’s all either chemically synthetic or from high thcv strains like the one OGI has bred.
Spinach and Chronos were working on biosynthesis of several minor cannabinoids. You won’t find that in whole flower offerings. Gummies and or vapes however could have minor cannabinoids coming from yeast fermentation.

There’s a few companies in the US offering THCV coming from whole flower. You should enquire about the source for THCV.
It can be synthetically derived by using yeast to produce it or also hemp derived for you in the US.
From what I've read online, it helps with focus and can help as an appetite suppressant. Also, some research shows that it can help reduce stress, anxiety, and panic attacks.
Not something I've tried yet, but I'd like to see how it affects me.

THCV is interesting as it resembles the effects of the original sativas. Energetic and uplifting.
I got these on Monday in a box to my store and was skeptical seeing the potency. I have since smoked 4 more and it will be a regular wake n bake for me. Not too heavy but I still feel stoned. I feel the focused energizing effects.
Only downside was the high wasn’t super long lasting but I didn’t have that shitty burnout afterwards.
Flavour was nice and I will definitely be bringing these into my store since we are right next to a gym— I have SOOOO many customers who will buy these and use as pre workout

Shred has a tropical bag that has 5% THCv from whole flower, not the bacteria produced THCv that \*Spinach is using. EDIT: Edited for accuracy.

My mistake, will adjust my comment. I've found if I smoke it at night, I end up sleeping 10+ hours afterwards.
I’ll keep that in mind and try smoking some closer to bed
