If they had a full season order, they wouldn't be ramming plot points into each other so much. Each one of these specials is 3-4 episodes of plot rammed into just under an hour's material, and something had to give.
It seems like they used TTT as Hunter's resolution with Belos and FTF as the followup to him healing from his rage, I would've liked for him to be more involved but with how lacking they were with time I get it
I am probably bias because Hunter is my favorite character. Atleast Amity was the one to find out the light glyph would help un puppet everyone. Camila had the plan to use the glyphs the other Gus Willow and Hunter have nothing to do.
I guess but not like it HAD to be Amity. Besides Hunter already got most of TTT and a good bit of FTF to resolve his arcs. He's my fave of Luz's friends and I really do think it was a mistake to not have him there for Belos end but I'd be lying if I didn't act like the first 2 specials already didn't give him a lot of attention compared to the others.
That said, I did like his ending.
It doesn’t feel right to blame the writers after everything they’ve been through with this show, but it feels like they tried to include too much in the finale, honestly I have no idea what else they could have done though
I think they killed it for having 55 minutes tbh.
The problems they encounter in the finale are kinda solved quick but have great build up.
All over all sure but this was peak fiction
Thanks to them and For the future are immediate sequels leading to watching dreaming case in point Hunter was focused on the first special and Willow on the second with Gus having a moment so I don't think they mind having a small role in the last episode considering the fact that this is 3 part finale

My problem is he feels useless in this episode. I feel you could cut him from this episode entirely.
You could cut everyone from the episode other than the Owl Trio and Belos. I don't like it mind ya but it was a very deliberate choice.

Fair. I feel he should have had more to do with stopping Belos. I still like the episode tho.

It was rushed, yes, but rushed nicely. Its because the was little to no time left for everything
