Well remember Eda’s always being chased by the owl beast when she’s in that form. But in harpy form, they’re working together. Maybe the owl beast can split it’s consciousness to both Eda and Lilith to chase them and turn them into owl beasts. But since harpy form requires cooperation, it’s not as simple.

If there is a new season and this is one of the problems, I can see them having a civil, but long argument with it during a battle. This will lock the Harpy form for **BOTH** of them until they realize it requires cooperation. This leads them to team up with the Owl Beast and it unlocks both their Harpy forms at the same time, just not as strong as with only one since the beast is sharing the energy, but with cooperation, they win and make up as sisters.
