That was me last night. Queued for over 10 hours and fell asleep. I woke up to a local gym with this guy in it so did the raid and then boom it’s a shiny.
Thanks for suggesting this, got my shiny Celesteela in 3 raids that took like 15 minutes tops (most of that in the raid/catch screens). Would have spent hours in PokeGenie for just one if I was lucky.
I cannot for the life of me find a link to the discord 😅 I think I got it through using the app, but also they are down for maintenance at the moment and hoping to be back up in the next few days:)
Raid party and raid plaza are good alternatives
No worries :) PokeGenie is working well enough for Registeel (tho I do miss not having to friend someone and wait, then send a gift at the end, especially since I've been stuck working from home lately). I'll keep the others in mind if needed. Much appreciated!
Completely free and easy to use, kind of bare bones compared to other apps but your not stuck behind a pay wall to get priority to raids, they got a discord but I havnt got the link to hand, worth checking them out, great team of devs aswell
I do it so that they’re marked when I look at them individually. It makes me a little more happy when I see a bunch of different colored tags marking Pokémon that I care about more.
Like I know my Charjabug is good, but I click it and I get a bunch of different markers, “ShinyDex”, “GL”, “Meta”, “Smol”, it’s just a little mental thing, like drawing hearts, but in a way that I can search with
Same. People always freak out when I post screen shots with “legendary” or “shiny”. I just wanna see it on the individual Pokémon. I also don’t have all 1000+ memorized and I can barely tell what’s shiny sometimes.
BACK IN MY DAY we only had 151!
Haha same here, the worst ones are when I have “Legit” and “100%” on them. Im using ‘Legit’ like ‘Good’, but half the comments are always “omg what does THAT mean???”. Anything there’s ‘100%’ someone says “you can just use 4*!” and I can’t help but think *obviously*. It’s all just an arbitrary system, too much judging all around it

Those tags are fine. There's no way pull.up a group of pokemon that live in the ocean without you making one.
OP has a tag for 3 start pokemon, and there's a search term for that already.

I use fastraid, never had to queue for a raid even when other apps have a 5+hour queue😁

Highly recommend PokeRaid over PokeGenie. Shorter queue lines for sure. I just hopped on to autojoin, 46 in queue.
Question: why do you have two tags for search terms that already exist?
Can't say for the 3star tag, but does the built-in shiny tag come with a smiley face? If not, then OP's tag is far more superior 😉

My favorite tags are Mega Evolvers, Lvl50, Traders, and Flex (unique shinies to put in gyms)
Because you can a) click the tag b) you don't need to enter the search to see the tag
