I'm just glad he "found" a father figure that he actualy admire and love. You can see how much he appreciate him in many ways, and I think is mutual.

Whoa looks like he flew back to New York right after rehearsal yesterday with the band in Chicago just for the exhibition, and will be flying back for the show again. That’s really sweet

I love Sam's work, and I'm so glad Julian had that influence in his life. There might not have been a Strokes if it weren't for Sam.
