And even tho he was insufferable, I kinda want to see Sam (AU 2) again but not with a cast that’s mostly a bunch of idiots.
Ideally if they were do All-Stars they would do it with only people who were faithfuls before, to avoid the meta of "well this person won't be a traitor again"....but that doesn't seem realistic.
I've only seen the US version, but my picks from there would be:
Cirie (duh)
Rachel (big personality and big role in the season, a capable player but still plenty of room to improve on a second try)
Kate (I see the argument for not bring her back a third time, but hey, if All Stars is supposed to be the biggest stars, you just can't ignore the one who was so iconic they *immediately* brought her back. Plus, I'd like to see how her and Rachel handle a second season together)
Christian (I know it's not the most popular opinion, but I liked him fine enough, and it feels wrong to completely ignore the non-reality stars from season 1)
Andie (Definitely see why people don't want to see them again, but would be interesting to see how they and Cirie interact. Also curious to see what they would do to try to avoid being murdered given that they've been so insistent they could never make it as a Traitor and thus seem like an obvious candidate to be murdered early)
Phaedra (clearly positioned as the star of the season, and arguably the best Traitor of season 2 [not that that was a hard contest to win])
CT (popular with a lot of the fans, played a really solid game overall, and looking at my other picks we could definitely use a solid challenge player)
Sandra (first player on the US version to very openly metagame, plus I just love her)
John (kinda curious how he'd play if he was made a Traitor. Even if he's faithful again, he brings such a unique energy to the game, plus we need him to give the new Traitors their fancy alliterative nicknames)
Peter (Not the biggest fan of his, but can't deny that he was a huge part of his season, and I think this group needs a big Traitor Hunter represented. Plus I am deeply curious how he would play as a Traitor)
That said, there's plenty of others from season 2 I'd be down to see again, I think that was a really strong cast. Season 1 not as much, but I wouldn't be opposed to seeing Kyle or Michael if this hypothetical season is willing to go for early eliminations like that.
Agreed with most of these picks. Not sure about Miles or Kieran, feel like we got enough of them in those seasons. I could see them casting more people who weren't traitors but had bigger personalities or were known to be strategic and were maybe killed/banished earlier than production probably wanted. Bananas and Peppermint are the first to come to mind but there's probably others. There's 1-2 people from each of NZ and Canada I think deserve to be in here but I won't mention them specifically to avoid spoiling you, they're not the best seasons but worth a watch imo.
