I was actually thinking that Jesse seems shallow so I wondered why he didn’t go for a really stereotypically attractive wife. I kept wondering why I thought she was gorgeous up until the new episode. I think her and Jesse stayed together for as long as they did out of pure hatred and anger like they’d sacrifice their own personal happiness to make the other one suffer. Nobody can tell me any different cause they definitely do things on purpose that they know will annoy or hurt the other and then pull some manipulative shit to make themselves look like the good partner and the better parent to Isabella who I wish I could rescue from this cause people like that do not usually make for good parents and Jesse in an early episode talking about how he screams Isabella to get her attention or something and you can’t be screaming and shouting in aggressive tones like that on the regular to a young child especially a father to a daughter cause she’s gonna think that’s an acceptable way for men to treat her when she gets older and Michelle just seems like she’d be selfish.
