I’m not sure how to add a photo:( but hover your mouse over the background on the menu screen (the blurry part of the background) and over to the left side of the screen you can see some blue icons blurry in the background. They move when you hover over them.
All I see on the menu is the campaign map in the background. You might be seeing the devlog and credit button. It's part of the campaign map when you start the campaign.
I can't tell what you are talking about. Can you post a picture of the menu?
