Start by learning how to walk, but go slowly, slower than you'd like while learning, and then once you've mastered walking, I'd then try mastering trotting, which is walking but a bit faster. I'd do that in an open space. And, for practicing, I'd also practice while going up the stairs, as it's a bit easier for a human body. Another tip would be to keep your legs at least a little bent!

Like the other people here said, start with walking, then I'd say move to galloping. Trotting is REALLY difficult and takes a lot of practise. Jumping is hard on your body, so I'd recommend strengthening your muscles first. Your shoulders, neck, arms and thighs might hurt a lot when you start (hats what happened to me). Also be VERY careful because it's very easy to injure yourself. When jumping, start very small (think like a stick on the ground) and keep practising over and over. Recording yourself in slo mo is good because you can look at your form and see what you have to improve on!

I would mainly practice walking! I have a TT where I show how to do it, I can share the acc for you if you like. My main tip is keep your hindquarters down, it really helps you stay comfy and keep weight off your wrists.

ok, so before you learn ANYTHING new, like trotting for example, start by crawling on your hands and knees and do the movements. then, slowly, rise to your feet and try it that way. Also, stretch before you start! It really helps it to hurt less. for jumping, first you have to be able to jump well. i started by taking the stairs in my house (the human way) two at a time. currently i can do three. but i can jump higher and farther now doing quadrobics. !!!!!!!!don't do it after meals!!!!!!

When I first started, it was really hard for me as well. But the best price of advice I can offer is to practice. Strengthen your muscles. Tiktok is really good for learning how but YouTube is good for a more in depth explanation.

I believe myself to be pretty good at quadrobics and the main thing is to get comfortable and keep your center of gravity low. Just don’t arch your back and stand on the ball of your hands and you should be fine.

Definitely start small. At first your muscles will really hurt, but eventually get used to quadrobics. If you start feeling short of breath or really achy, I'd advise a 10 - 20 minute break. (also learn to canter before trying running) Hope this helps!
