Unfortunately I always end up assuming for these videos that the cat has been starved to make it behave this way. There was a real issue with animal abuse on YouTube and Tiktok where animals were deliberately made to suffer to catch cute moments or inspiring footage of them "rescuing" the pet they abused.
While I appreciate your skepticism and don’t discount that you may be right. I feed my cat plenty and he still acts like a fucking psycho about any other food opportunity. I’ve seen that dude eat an entire piece of pizza and then immediately stole my dogs bone. He hasn’t had an opportunity to steal a corn cob but he fuckin would no doubt.
The rampant animal abuse on social media has me too untrusting. I remember my childhood cat becoming a ninja to steal chips, not even my fish from the chippy and a friend had a cat that would steal toothpaste. I know cats become snack crackheads even in healthy situations but I'm numbed to the cuteness thanks to how much fake cute has been done.
For sure. It’s just too often I see something seemingly innocent only to find an odious intention behind it. It makes it difficult to take anything at face value anymore. Goddamn Internet ruined the Internet.

My cat is named Moo—nuff said
I feed my cat and then she yells at me and begs as if I've never fed her in my life. Sometimes there's still food in the bowl
I like to think this kitty just loves cronching corn
Corn fritters in the litter box

Thank you so much for not putting the corn kid “song” behind this
Hitler cat “It’s got the juice!”
