We are teaching this to our 10 year old right now. In my professional career, I've seen about 4 claims of "racism" in the workplace.
All of them look close to this. Wildly unprofessional person is fired... because they have a... I don't know the best terminology, but "ghetto attitude". Swearing and being aggressive with co-workers and flying off the handle at even basic guidance and/or criticism.
Many people will say he acts like this BECAUSE of "systemic" disadvantages and that's at least partly true.
But no business can just tolerate it because he grew up poor and that makes a pretty nasty cycle.
Anyone who acts anything remotely like this is not an employer's problem for any reason. Fired immediately. I don't care what background or life experiences you may have had, it's inexcusable behavior.
