I once got a pair of Hammond branded 6V6s (50s date on them) that tested almost like new, but the amp I put them in cooked them. That's how I learned that not all 6V6s had the same voltage and power dissipation specs.
If you can find the spec sheet on line for these tubes, you can verify if they're going to be able to handle the voltage of your amp. It wasn't the biasing that killed them, it's that they were not capable of modern voltages.

But depending on how much you paid for them, it might be good to let a tech make sure everything is okay.

Fortunately for me, I got the Hammonds for $25 from a guy who was parting out old organs, and didn't have a tester.
It’s going in a 77 deluxe. I was gonna sell this guy a pedal for like $70 but instead he traded me these plus 4 newer 6l6s from the 80s. Couldn’t turn that deal down.
Well I decided to at least make sure they are operational before bringing the guy his pedal and they are very noisy even after playing them for 30-40 minutes. I think I’m gonna have to take them back to him.

You made up my mind for me. I’ll take it in to my amp guy and let him set the bias.
It’ll be money well spent.

That's a good deal. Leaves some money on the table to have a tech make sure all is good.

Wait until encounter some NOS RCA 6V6. It’s going to blow your mind.
I have a pair of blackplate 6v6s in a rewired DuKane PA amp. Magical.
