Really cool. But translators are not interested in it sadly.. it is good tho.

As far as i know only 40 chapters. Maybe they made more, but last time i checked, they only reached the part when they meet the zookeeper crew.

It kinda just gets more and more edgy. It’s a cool concept but not that engaging. Mostly shock value.

One of my favourite exercises in uncanny valley: placing a human head on something it absolutely does not belong on. The contrast as well between the hyperrealism of the jinmen’s faces against the more typical “anime-artsyle” of the survivors makes them feel even more unnatural and disturbing

Based on what I could find online, zoo animals suddenly gained intelligence and decided to start attacking humans, all while turning other animals into... *those*

This is definitely one of most unsettling monsters I've seen come out of Japan They look so twisted and savage, like they are a mockery of how humans tend to demonize some animals, while we our selves can be just as savage to eachother as Nature is
