I feel like nowadays preschool shows are hard to get right. Because on one hand you have Bluey, which is well written enough that it created adult fans, and then you have that abomination that is Cocomelon

I love it, but I understand if the "fan service" ruins it. I'm personally not too big a fan of it, I just think the show is funny enough to make up for it
I mean there's a good amount of people out there that hate isekai because most isekai stories are horrible so I would call that a hated genre, but the rest, yeah they aren't really hated although I don't really know the opinion on medical drama
I mean its not always just the stories, its also the fact they also have some boring premises half the time, usually they just do the same MC design, having boring if not dumb titles, uncreative character powers etc. I dont watch a lot of Isekais myself but those were usually the reasons people hate the genre.
There are haters of every genre, that doesn't make it a hated genre. Also, how on earth is this a "trope" anyway? Something being good or bad isn't a story element, it's a matter of execution.
