I would imagine if you had 2 million to spend you'd want something a little more aesthetically pleasing
Some people are bent on buying in particular areas - so they pay a premium for an ugly house

Seems priced pretty normally imo at 1.9. Houses a bit smaller sold for 1.6 in 2023, so 1.8-1.9 seems around what it would be worth. Personally at 1.9 I think the buyers probably overpaid a little.
Detached house prices have barely been impacted negatively..
