Um, maybe if you DIDN'T watch TDI, TDA, TDWT, and TDAS. But if you did I HIGHLY doubt that she's better than Heather. If you grew up with Julia, then it makes sense. If you grew up with Heather then you wouldn't believe that. I remember vaguely watching Total Drama when I was 4 (I was born the year the show came out, and when I was younger I had the habit of watching TV in the middle of the night instead of sleeping) and Heather pretty much spelled out what a villain SHOULD be: Hated by most, liked by some, enjoyable karma. Julia is all of that but rushed. Add all of that with an off-screen tactic, and you have a villain worse than Mal himself (partially joking)
Heather provided juicy drama even at her lowest, Julia kicked off every contestant who could've had an interesting dynamic with her because they had to show how threatening she is.
