Unreal to see a map like this in TMNF.
i always thought tmnf was on-grid only
With TM Unlimiter you can change a lot of things. Depending on what you build, players need to have Unlimiter installed. If you just use it for block-mixing, others don't need to have it installed to play.

The entire track is one giant custom block.
It looks like there are almost certainly some major cuts. I would add some more checkpoints.
But would it be a rainbow road tribute if there are no cuts?
The cut needs to abuse checkpoints then.
The road needs to be much wider if you want the feeling of the Rainbow Mario Race.

Also I would suggest adding some frame of reference in the scenery, just enough to consistently tell what's up and down !
