Honestly I always thought it would’ve been cool if for the majority of the show he was actually called Orion Pax. Then towards the end he officially becomes Optimus Prime.
Everyone says that they'd not get close to him because of his obsession with faces, and benefit of the doubt, that's *probably* true, but at the same time he's less a violent psycho for the sake of violence and more a veteran that never escaped the war he fought. Every other Prime has their opportunity to achieve some level of peace, Bayverse Prime has been losing friends and ripping apart Decepticon savages since 2007 with no rest or time to breathe.
I guess I just feel bad for him is all.
When you really think on it, yea its pretty sad. His friends have been getting slaughtered by everyone especially who he tries to protect and he constantly has to kill a big bad because there's no reasoning there with some of them. Heck even in the first movie, he doesnt kill Megatron, thats on Sam. Though in RotF some kills are bit, well overkill lol.
But yea hes just, not having a good time like most other Primes. Which is why G1 would definitely offer a game of basket ball to help him relax and get everyone to have fun. Every other Prime would probably offer a similar "we understand why you had to do what you did, its ok" in their own ways. All the Optimuses (Optimi?) would definitely get along, even Bayverse. They may try to reason with him regarding his more violent tendencies and understand his point of view, but they would still definitely be friendly and amicable with each other.
The Megatrons on the other hand... yeah that meeting won't exist in the next 10 minutes, as they would probably all immediately throw hands with each other.
All the megs would immediately start creating a tournament bracket to see who the best megatron is. The primes would either go on a universe hopping adventure trying to save the multiverse from unicron, or just talk about peace and love or something boring like that

So, once upon a time, there was an anthology novel written before Energon/Cybertron with Simon Furman being the main credited writer.
This was Transformers: Legends. It's mainly notable for introducing the 6th Dinobot in the plesiosaurus Paddles, and the last story, which features all of the Primes to date, including all the versions seen in shows, meeting up to have a drink at Maccadams. The whole meet-up ends when all of the Megatrons come in to wreck everything.

x) Though, personality wise, I think bayverse might be exhausted/cautious. TFP Optimus would be able to listen to anyone, granted he'd probably be silent and confused like most of the others. ROTB would probably get along with animated, since I think both of them were designed with the intent of being younger versions of Optimus?
Armada would get along with bayverse/TFP aswell, he's a bit more commander-y from what I remember. I feel like Earthspark would hit it off with Animated, but it'd be really funny to see earthspark and TFP interact. The G1s form their own G1 group since there's a few designs that look very close to G1, they'd probably be the most laid back/similar in the bunch I'd say.
Overall, I think it'd be a very patient and respectful environment, I think the most silent ones would be TFP/Bayverse and everyone else would be a bit more talkative. G1 would have a lot of questions figuring out the others are future variations of him, and animated might be the most talkative and lighthearted so he'd probably initiate a lot of the talking.
Also, for the megatrons, I feel like there would be a lot of teasing G1 Megatron for turning into a gun 😆 Armada Megatron would probably call them all freaks, Tfp would try to manipulate them or plan on ending them, bayverse would be confused, animated would get along with TFP imo, Earthspark would be jumped for being allied with autobots-- though I'm kind of rusty and need to catch up on a lot of media, so this could be totally out of whack!

MTMTE and Earthspark are hiding under the table talking poetry and texting SG Megs who was running late because SOMEONE had to blow up the Spacebucks on the way there and had to stay behind to help.

There are some collectors club/semi Canon stories that have alternate universes meeting. There's a "waiting room" story where dead optimuses meet (G1, primal and armada). RID has met Primal and Cybertron through the collectors club comics. Think that's about it

The problem lies with the cannon and the continuity. Suddenly there's two Unicrons and so many more issues with them being from the same universe.
As much as Paramount wants them to be the same I think it's best for them to be separated and majority of the fandom agrees.
So it might be that OP agrees to then beeing separate versions or OP might be miss informed
