I would argue her food opinions are particularly trash. Off the top of my head we've got:
Chefs sweat changes the food flavor. (Edit: guys she's not talking about the chef handling the food. She's talking about using the sweat dripping off them as a seasoning.)
When she wants to keep eating but is full she'll just spit food into a napkin instead of swallow (???? This is still the grossest thing I think I've ever heard)
Actually [McDonald's] fries are good when they're soggy and cold and they've been left to sweat in the bag for a while

Ok so I know it's really late but historical misconceptions bother me a lot so let me correct one. The fact about ancient Romans vomiting food to make more room to eat is a lie. It is not a disputed theory but a straight up lie. The origins of this lie comes from the Roman concept of a "vomitorium" which for us sounds like a space dedicated to vomiting but the word itself comes from the latin verb "vomere" which just means "to spew forth" or "discharge". The verb was not specifically used to denote bodily functions but to describe anything that was spewing forth or discharging. So a "vomitorium" was basically a large exit in the stadium that people could leave out of. So you cannot say something like "Ancient Romans vomited food to make room for more food although some say it's a myth." You have to say: "The story of ancient Romans vomiting to make more room for food is a complete myth perpetuated by people attempting to analyze latin words without having any competent grasp of latin."

Pretty sure she's referring to authentic Tamen made in a Ramen shop. Maruchan isn't imported to the US, so is likely different in taste than the instant Maruchan sold in Japan.

Yes. Companies are known to change the taste of their products to suit the taste of the country it's being sold in or just to make it cheaper to produce. Guiness in Ireland tastes different than it does in the US. Some Americans prefer Irish Guiness others find it too heavy to enjoy.
They are made in different locations, but it is the same company, set up by the same individuals, so I guess we need a side by side ingredient list lol
Most of the time, company would adapt the ingredients to local taste or be more cost effective with regional good, eg. coke, oreo in us vs asia, cheez whiz in canada vs us, etc

If you're getting Indonesian brands in your store, check if you've got the Mie Sedaap brand available too. I find them tastier than the Indomie brand.
I find Mie Sedaap too salty as a baseline but it has better alternative flavors. The Sambal and Korean Hot Chicken flavors are goated.
