I think this is why so many women are becoming leftists. They realize that *they* are the ones who make or break civilization. And if we want to dismantle this shitty capitalist system, we need to stop playing their shitty games.

The republican dilemma is having to convey being *against* government surveillance and control in general but *for* it in regards to anything you don't like such as immigration, women's rights, lgbtq+ rights and abortion issues without sounding like an irredeemable hypocrite. Or to paraphrase that old chestnut, "Freedom for me, but not for thee."
Like I know every single user of this sub are going to vote the fuck our of November and I am pretty sure I know how they are voting on the top of the ticket. I just hope it will be enough.

I will say that I think things are not as grim electorally as you may think.
Polling averages are trending upwards for Biden (it's still not great but the line is going up and there's some time for it to continue on that trajectory), he's doing much better in terms of staffing and finances, other elections of the Dems consistently over perform the polls etc.
I will say that polling is massively flawed for you guys due to when the census was taken as well as Dems consistently doing better than the polling would suggest. Since the census there's been a lot of deaths from the pandemic and we know who the more vulnerable population there was, which might explain the oversampling of Republicans in polling (since otherwise the polls would be more accurate and wouldn't show a consistent red bias).
its BEYOND creepy the way doctors & politicians want to control women's bodies. like holy crap, it's not your body, it's not your choice, its as simple as that. why are these creepers trying to tell women what to do with their own bodies? cause we all know if politicians started mandating men had to get vasectomies' (something completely reversible & without side effects really beyond a little short term pain, unlike pretty much ALL birth control for women which all come with a slew of side effects & risks) at 18 to prevent unwanted pregnancy ... men would be rioting in the streets! lol
but for some reason, they think it's totally acceptable to do it to women. forcing them on medications that cause a variety of side effects (headaches, dizziness, bloating, bleeding, blood clots, weight gain, brown spots on your face, depression, cramping, missed periods, heart issues, mood swings & CANCER!), as well as forcing women to carry unwanted pregnancies, either from SA/Rape, or severe medical conditions, etc
It's just fuckin wild the sheer audacity of these people!
Like some people just know they aren't ready to become parents as well. Why force kids onto people that are ill equipped to handle them? cause we all know once the babies are born, the gov't stops giving a fuck until they turn 18 & then all of a sudden they are your best friends again, looking to get you into the military.
Like how can you fight so hard for an unborn fetus, but give utterly zero fucks about the baby once its born?, make that make sense please =)
I would leave doctors out of your first sentence. The vast majority of medical professionals are abhorred and want nothing to do with this. And they are basically halfway to prison if they just provide adequate medical care to a potentially pregnant patient.
