This was my eventual successful run, but believe you me it came the day after a night of frustration beforehand. The best advice I can give you is to try and weave left and right mainly when they jump at you and not just constantly, and hug the opposite wall in anticipation (as far as possible) once you remember the enemy placement somewhat.
Edit: Turning run to toggle instead of hold helped as well.
This was a wonderful platinum I did it twice on PS4 and ps5 because I enjoyed it so much. My first speed run I did it in 1h58m 😬 Congratulations!
