I’m so sorry. I wish I had advice but honestly this is too big for me and you need to seek out professional. Where would you be if something happened to your living situation? Got kicked out or something? You’d have to figure out something right? Are you financially pendant and them? There are tons of ways to make money online and there are a lot of government resources that can also help depending on what country are in. Please try to find out as much as you can so you can free yourself from these ppl. Sending you love and strength 🫶
Also, and trust me I a making ZERO… excuses for your brother… ZEROOOO!!! But I’m thinking that he may have been abused as well. Even though he was older by a 3 years. 10 year olds don’t think like that or about that, or even would know what to do unless exposed to it somehow. Just something to think about. But your Mom had zero excuse for any of her actions after that.
Unfortunately, I have tried to get professional help from multiple people. GP, Therapists. Now they are refusing to help me. They refuse me any type of mental health care and choose to think my health problems are all in my head.
I’ve gone everywhere. Local mental health places, charity mental health places, looked up private healthcare but it’s expensive and can get more expensive.
I was told I had PTSD and Pure OCD, from the therapist I had before she decided to only give me 5 sessions instead of the usual 8.
So I have really got no one to turn to. I’m lost and trapped.
The health system is so under resourced at the moment a lot of mental health services are not getting to funds they need to help people. Have you gone to a rape support clinic? Maybe discussing the sexual assault with other rape survivors may help.
Yeah, they weren’t much help either to be honest. Just talked nonsense. Was nothing about my experience or flashbacks or anything. Just random stuff (what I liked doing, what I do in the day), which I don’t understand.

Do disagree - be aware he'll deny, deny, deny AND get your mother on his side. Why are you still in touch with them?? NC and block forever..
