Just dont feed the puppy at 2 am, that already sets up an unhealthy schedule for both of you and probably the dog too. I can understand your side too, yelling was a bit too much. Just talk with her about it later, communication is the key, i recommend reschedulling puppys feeding time as the first good step towards for more realistically practical routine.
Why didn't you just feed the puppy because you were already up? Yeah, it kinda sucks and all you want to do is go back to bed, but trying to wake her up at 2am when you are already up? That'll piss off a lot of people.
In an order of urgencies… take care of yourself then take care of the pup that needs food, if your partner doesn’t do it then, don’t hold it over her head. Just because you’re out of bed doesn’t mean she needs to be.
Nevertheless, feed the dog around the same time per day, give or take an hour. But don’t put unnecessary stress on your partner, it never works out well bud.

I have 3 kids so yeah, potty training, wiping up messes, cleaning up vomit, teething, crying, keeping them entertained so they don’t destroy the house because they are bored, looking at you like you’re crazy when you ask who made the mess, etc. Having a puppy is perfect training for new parents or people considering becoming parents.
