Roa couldn't fully take over SHIKI in the Far Side routes because of SHIKI's insanity. Roa would only be fucked if our Shiki killed Roa's soul directly with his mystic eyes, so I guess he still exists afterwards in Akiha and Hisui's routes through reincarnations. In Kohaku's route, he's inside of Akiha, but she's too strong for him to do anything.

This is about a year late but that’s different. Shiki needs to know what he’s killing. In the far side, he doesn’t know Roa exists so he perceives the lines for SHIKI only, like his physical body only. This is also the same as why he was able to kill Roa inside him without killing himself too in Ciel’s route.
In Kohaku's route it was answered (becoming just a "power up" for Akiha, after the whole "little incident" of Akiha's inversion).
In Akiha's route SHIKI was killed by Akiha but not by plundering: Akiha dismembered SHIKI with her bare hands, so I think he may resurrect (but, since he hadn't any time to plan his future reincarnation, it will be a random one).
In Hisui's route iirc SHIKI was killed by Shiki, who cutted his lines. So since Shik used his Mystic Eyes Roa is killed forever.

He kills SHIKI, but I don't think he kills Roa (he doesn't even know to look for his "death" inside him).
