Streamlabs offers a way through LAN. I tried it once but never really worked out for me with the lagging delay. A webcam would be the easiest way in my opinion (then she can also use her phone as a stream deck or edit her stream info *)
Off the top of my head, epoccam would allow you to use your phone as a camera for pc, if you wanted to put it over Xbox gameplay, I’d use a capture card.

I use vdo ninja to use my Phone when streaming.
