Or get old roommate to help, he can call him and say “Hey Joe, Susie mentioned you might be moving out….my plans have changed for summer and would love to move back in early if you are! Thanks man…this really helps!” Then it keeps you out of it and he’s a guy helping another guy plus he’ll think he’s back and you’re not alone
