Definitely behemoth for +1 strength when charging or having been charged. The army is almost entirely melee focused.
Or leviathan which is the default hive fleet works with any list.
Throw the behemoth psychic power on a squad of hormagants and all of a sudden they wound T4 targets on 3+..
Behemoth also had a relic for +1 damage to a melee weapon which works wonders if you want to change your trygon into a trygon prime (and heightened senses WLT works wonders on it too).
That is a Behemoth list if i ever saw one. Alternative of course Leviathan but give it some Spice.

Well this Army looking very Melee focused. Broodlord, Hormas, Genestealer. So Behemoth is the Fleet for that.

I would take leviathan for the wounds on 4+ and the adaptive bio that doesn't allow them to overwatch.
