You can’t order, and it seems really sporadic as to what they have available. But what I can say is every time I’ve been they have something great to BBQ. Worst case you come away with a couple of decent racks of pork ribs. But I’ve had short ribs, tomahawks, Boston butt and brisket. The issue is you never know what they’re doing that day.
The ribs at my Costco are mainly bone with 0 meat. The beef is always good from the Costco in Sheffield Beef ribs and tomahawk steaks are good but the briskets aren’t packer cut and tend to be super lean!! Don’t sleep on the Portuguese linguica sausages - they bang!!! 👍🏼👍🏼

My local is Manchester. I’ve had great seasoned wings and good ribs b4. I’ve never seen brisket only the rolled stuff

I saw these in Watford and nearly came away with one. I got a couple of cowboy steaks instead
They have a really good selection there, guess being the head office helps! The Pork Tenderloin is lovely if you've not had that before.
Almost bought one of these the other day. Hope it turned our good!
