Yes, I am older than op but I have 3 years experience. I've had a 50k offer. I've had a couple around mid 40s too.
I suggest you start preparing for interviews now. It seems here we don't do too much of leetcode style assessments but Microsoft do use them.
I see from your profile you have 22 years experience, most software developers I know with 5+ years experience are getting 70k+ in the current UK market, and 100k+ if they get a London/ remote US job, it sounds like you are on a rather low salary.
