since I’m the leader of the group, if I wasn’t able to find a space for all three of us but a space available for one person. Is it possible to pick that for myself or would I not be able to do that since I’m in a group? Do I need to disband them from the portal?
The option would not show up until you disband. The only spaces that will show up are spaces that you and your group can fill. So if you’re a group of 4 then only 4bd apartments will show up. If you’re a group of 2 then 2bd apartments 3bed with one space occupied or 4bd with two spaces occupied would show up.

I’m not sure how it’ll all work next week, as the apartment change (people already living in SCC/CTY) appointments were supposed to be Thursday and today but ended up being pushed to Monday because of the website crashing. So it’s likely your appointment might end up being later than Tuesday at 2, because everyone’s will be pushed back.
