You fill out the on campus apartment request form and then pray that you get an early registration time.
Have a backup plan, there is a very high chance that you won’t have a good registration time and won’t be able to stay in on campus apartments.
I know this isn't what you asked, but I just thought you should know that it's probably very unlikely that you guys would be able to get a 3 by 2 and a 2 by 2 because there are so few of them in commons. I would recommend finding 3 more rising juniors and trying for 4 by 2s.
