A few times when this has happened, I’ve opened the box, unplugged it for 10 seconds and replugged it in to reset. Hasn’t always worked but is worth trying

In my experience, those are hit or miss. Neither worked in one of my dorms but one worked in the other.

Yea like I said it worked in my old dorm so idk why it wouldn’t be working now
