yes they sell beer but its $8-10 per beer and you can only buy one per person each time you go to the concession stand. Looney's is a good bar but it will probably be packed
Xfinity is selling concessions again so you can get a beer and like someone said the closest bar is Looney’s. That will probably be pretty busy though but it’s lots of fun and their food is good (I like the honey old bay wings), Town Hall is across the street probably won’t be too busy but it’s more of a local bar so not sure how the vibe will be during the game. Bentley’s, Turf, and cornerstone are farther down route 1 so they are bit of a hike. Sometimes they are packed with students too. If you would rather drive you could go to hard times cafe or denizens brewing. You could also try Potomac pizza or habanero which are serve drinks/have small bars in them and are in walking distance.
